We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages by carrier or customer.

Damages issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

If the box/bag your item arrives in is damaged, please ensure you take photos/videos prior to opening. We need this evidence to make a claim with the shipping company. 

Refunds are only issued in certain cases after evaluation. All items on Sale are final sale!
